Crazy January challenge days 1-2

I must confess, u started day 1 in December. I needed something small and simply to stitch at the library in Friday. It perfectly fit the bill So my day one is nearly done

Dogs leave paw prints Lizzy Kate 28 ct hand coffee/tea dyed evenweave used all DMc except the dog house which I left as charted.

Today I stitched on snowflake serenade I really enjoyed this one. Wintery but not Christmassy. I was pleased with my progress too. Until I photographed it. It all has to be redone. I have the fabric turned the wrong way. I’m such a dumbass. Clearly I was paying no attention when that happened. Snowflake serenade. CCN. 28 ct evenweave.

You're not the only one who's turned her fabby the wrong way Sierra. Don't feel bad. I think a lot of us have probably done it at one time or another. I learned the hard way too, and it was too much to pick out. I still have the chart for that, lol. Someday, I'll do it. Dogs leave pawprints looks good. It's really cute. And at least you don't have to frog a months worth!!

Doesn't it make you mad? But as you say, not too much to redo!

You know, I think Snowflake Serenade was designed to be a challenge. Just about everyone I have seen stitch on this had an issue at some point. Me, on the wrong fabric – 36 count, and I didn't know it and couldn't figure out why I was having so much trouble seeing and counting. Thank goodness someone pointed it out and using a magnifier the rest went along smooth.Hopefully, your issues with Snowflake are over and it will be an enjoyable stitch from here on.
